"A beautiful mash-up of music, choreography, costumes, projections and drama."
The Village Voice

Sky-Pony serves up lush, lyrical, often cheeky indie-pop with a healthy dose of theatrics. They incorporate costumes, choreography and projections into their high-energy live shows. Rock concert meets performance art meets burlesque, you might say.

The Brooklyn-based band was founded by singer/actress Lauren Worsham (Drama Desk Award winner and Tony Award nominee) and her musician/writer husband Kyle Jarrow (Obie Award winner and Tony Award nominee). It has evolved into an artistic collective that features the talents of guitarist Kevin Wunderlich; cellist David Blasher; bassists Eric Day and Jamie Mohamdein; drummers Perry Silver, Jeremy Yaddaw and Jeff Fernandes; and backup singers Katie Lee Hill, Jessi Suzuki, Sharone Sayegh, Lizzie O’Hara, Megan Stern and Kristin Piacentile.

Sky-Pony's debut LP Beautiful Monster was released by Knitting Factory Records. Their discography also includes Dragons (EP), Say You Love Me Like You Mean It (EP) and the live records Raptured and Songs of Love and Misery. They've released music videos for The Watcher, Say You Love Me Like You Mean It and Inside Voice.  Their stage show The Wildness ran in New York City from February-April 2016 to critical acclaim, garnering a Lortel Award nomination for Outstanding Musical.
